1. Service Description
Jervia Workbook 2026 is a digital strategic planning platform designed for couples. The service provides:
- Digital workbook access with guided exercises
- AI-powered features (meal planning, conflict resolution, analysis)
- Progress tracking and annual insights
- Cloud storage and data synchronization
- Premium features for paid subscribers
By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Prices & Billing
Free Access: Basic workbook features are available at no cost.
Premium Subscription: €29 per year, billed annually.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
3. Taxes & VAT
Prices may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) or other applicable taxes depending on your location and tax status. For EU customers, VAT will be applied according to your country's rate unless you provide a valid VAT number for business purchases. Tax amounts will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at Jervia24@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
