At Jervia Workbook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with our premium subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Jervia Workbook Premium within the first 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund - no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. If you have previously received a refund for Jervia Workbook, subsequent purchases may not be eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at Jervia24@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Step 2: Include your account email address and the date of purchase.

Step 3: We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Step 4: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription
  • Or contact us via email to cancel on your behalf

Important: When you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

5. Refunds After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing use). Please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about a payment, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We're happy to resolve issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
